Unspoken Love

I wish I could  tell you that I loved you

I wish  you could hear me utter those words

The smile you would have on your face

The joy that would make your heart skip a bit

How wonderful it would be

To have someone who loves me know that I do too

The wonderful and gorgeous things we would do together

Moments where we would sit together and say nothing

Those moments where the other senses would work

Except for the mouth that would be as silent as a grave

Don't you ever wonder how it would feel like

To hold my breath for that long just for you.

BUT… it’s impossible for you can’t know

I can’t let anyone realize what I feel

Though I know sometimes I do things that show it

I will try as hard to hide those feelings

For it is much better to live something’s unsaid

To keep it inside so it can’t blossom

I know it will hurt me and you

I have no choice over a lot in life

Circumstances are greater than you think

I know you will never forgive me for this

But I will bear with that pain

Am sorry the world is against us.
