Tell me,

What's the importance,

Importance of people in life 

People who do not care,

People who are indifferent,

To the love that we showcase.

But maybe they do care,

In ways we don't understand

Maybe they're just struggling,

With their own pain and demands

It's hard to know what others feel,

Or what they're going through

But we can choose to show them, love,

And be there to help them too

So maybe the importance of people,

Is not just what they give to us

But what we can give to them,

Just a little bit of kindness.
