I PRAYED TO GOD.

When I wanted money

Yea I prayed to God,

He guided me on 

How to make friends away from home

And showed me

The way to work.

Every day and night!

 

When I wanted a wife

I prayed to God each day,

He led me to my soulmate

And showed me how to stay.

 

When I made crimes

I prayed to God for guidance,

He showed me the way to atone

And helped me find my peace.

 

When I met problems

I prayed to God for strength,

He gave me wisdom and courage

To go the extra mile.

 

When I wanted successful days

I prayed to God for guidance,

He showed me how to plan and act

And blessed me with abundance.

 

When I fell sick

I prayed to God for healing,

He sent me doctors and nurses

And gave me relief from pain.

 

While thanking God

I prayed to Him with love,

And reached out to nature

And treated it with love and utmost justice

To honor His gifts from above.

 

Then when I wanted to know God

I prayed to Him in prayer,

And through His love and mercy

I found Him always there.
